Refreshing a brand to create unmistakable stand-out.

JAVLN is a software business that offers insurance brokers solutions that power-up the back ends of their businesses. It’s an innovative offering in an otherwise quite old-school industry, so they wanted their brand to reflect their fresh approach. The only request was that they had a logo they loved the essense of - everything else was on the table.

We quickly discovered the team at JAVLN had a deep love for the colour orange. They wore it to events, bought shoes in it, dressed in it – and lived and breathed it. We wanted to bottle that energy, and so we made it the new brand platform; Unmistakably Orange. Unleashing the full joy, energy and power of the colour orange became the mission for the new brand, giving them a toolkit to make the most of it at every touch point.

For the identity, we combined a dynamic motion-ready graphic system, with playful photography, mirroring the partnership of the high-performance software, and the warmth and approachability of their team. We created a stronger, simplified version of their logo, harmonising it with the rest of the brand-new system. We then carried the idea of ‘Unmistakably Orange’ through to their tone of voice, so that whether you met them, saw them from a distance, or just heard their messaging, you always knew it came from JAVLN.
